Reazziona’s Solar Neighbourhoods are energy communities made up of collective solar generation facilities fully managed by Reazziona.

Initial discount
If you are near one of our Solar Neighbourhoods, you’ll get an initial discount of 2% (2.0TD tariff) or 1% (3.0TD tariff) from sign-up until the grid operator activates your supply as a collective self-consumption consumer.
Permanent discount
From that activation, a permanent discount of 10% (2.0TD tariff) or 5% (3.0TD tariff) applies for as long as you keep your contract with Reazziona and the Solar Neighbourhood is operational.
How the discount applies
Discounts apply to the total amount of your consumption, on the variable energy term, in both fixed-price and indexed-price plans.

Tariff type
Compatible with Fixed 24 hours, 3 periods or Cost + Fee electricity plans.
Maximum distance
The supply point (home or premises) must be within a radius of up to 5 km of one of our Solar Neighbourhoods.
STEP BY STEP
How do you join a Solar Neighbourhood?
Joining the solar energy in your area is this easy.
1. You sign up
The customer requests to join the solar neighbourhood through our website by analysing their bill or using the simulator.
2. You sign the contract
You sign the specific contract for the solar neighbourhood (supply with Reazziona + membership annex).
3. Contract activation
Your electricity tariff with Reazziona is activated. Depending on the grid operator and the solar neighbourhood’s installation, full integration into collective self-consumption can take up to 9 months.
4. Initial savings
You get an initial 2% discount for 2.0TD tariffs (or 1% for 3.0TD) on your energy term from the moment you sign up.
5. Grid operator activation
As soon as the grid operator activates your CUPS in collective self-consumption mode, the permanent discount kicks in: 10% for 2.0TD or 5% for 3.0TD.
6. Follow-up
We’ll keep you informed about the project status and activation at all times by email or SMS.

What is a solar neighbourhood and how does it work?
A solar neighbourhood allows several neighbors to share energy produced by a single nearby solar plant (less than 5 km away). You don't need to do any work on your own roof or pay for the installation, and you receive a direct discount on your electricity bill.
Who can join a Reazziona solar neighbourhood?
Anyone who lives or has their business less than 5 km from an active Reazziona solar plant. It doesn't matter if you live in a rented property or in an apartment without a roof, as long as you are an electricity customer with us.
Do I need to install solar panels on my roof?
No. That is the main benefit of solar neighbourhoods. The panels are installed on an available roof or plot in your area, and we distribute the generated energy virtually through the electricity grid.
